Attacking Midfielder Joins Eagles from Reading

Crystal Palace has completed the signing of attacking midfielder Michael Olise from Reading, making him their first acquisition under new manager Patrick Vieira. The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a long-term contract at Selhurst Park.

Olise is a highly-rated prospect who has impressed in the Championship for Reading. He made 46 appearances for the Royals during the 2020/21 season, scoring seven goals and providing 12 assists.

The France U21 international is considered one of the most promising young players in England and is expected to play a key role in Vieira's plans for Crystal Palace.
